These snails appear to be hard to come by, so I was happy to see that SWF had six left in stock. I bought all of them, but was terribly disappointed when they arrived DOA. SWF issued a quick refund so I didn't lose money... not even on shipping as I had several other items in my order. I would only leave one star for the snails, but have to leave five stars for SWF's quick handling of the situation.
