I buy fish regularly from you. I received a fish that was DOA. I took pictures of the fish dead in the bag and was told I needed to take it out the bag, which I did. I was then told I missed the 6 hour window and would only receive a store credit versus replacing the fish. Your person cited the policy and that was the end of discussion. I believe businesses do what right not who is right. I obviously am not trying to scam you.

Always sad to have something not make The shipment, not sure if sending a heat packet jn the box was best case or not for my climate, box was very hot on arrival, but unsure of the other conditions these packages get in either. well, most of the creatures were alive and recovered at least!
