Best kept in small groups with compatible tank mates like gobies, it requires tank setups resembling its natural habitat with hiding spots and moderate water flow. Also known as Longfin or Kaudern's Cardinalfish, it adds elegance to aquariums with proper care.

If you don't have Banggai cardinals in your tank, then you're missing out. These fish are extremely calm and get along with all members of the tank. I know it says they are slow eaters but the cardinals I have don't have an issue going after the food I feed them.
