The Wrasse Bass is often known as Wrasse Basslet, and its scientific name as Liopropoma Eukrines. It looks distinct as it has a complete lateral line, Wrasse bass's mouth usually contains villi form teeth, yet lacking canine teeth, with three flat spines lying on the opercle. The Wrasse Bass features a gleaming color that makes it a simply wonderful addition for your aquarium. It is considered one of the most active fishes, which makes it lovely to see. The Wrasse Bass is not reef safe as it eats crabs, snails and tube worms. We advise you to make an ideal aquarium for the Wrasse Bass by positioning a plethora of live rocks and a substrate of sand that enable it to get hide and burrow at night time. Its size can vary from 2 to 6 inches so it will be suitable to keep them within a tank of minimum 30 gallon size. The Wrasse Bass should be kept within a temperature range of 68 ? 79 degrees Fahrenheit. The Wrasse Bass is aggressive in nature and should not be housed with docile fishes. We advise you to keep the Wrasse Bass in a clean tank which you will need to maintain over regular intervals as the fish are prone to dinoflagellate and protozoan infections if kept in poor quality water. The Wrasse Bass belongs to an unsociable species in the wild, and it generally feeds on small fishes and invertebrates, so cannot be a good reef dweller.
